Step 1 — Arrival (5 minutes)

Walk through the Andrade gate, turn left on Calle Segunda, and we are 4 minutes ahead. Look for the Dental Inzunza sign over the door. Reception will greet you in English, take a copy of your ID, and offer you water or coffee. Bring your most recent X-rays if you have them — saves us time.

Step 2 — Clinical exam (15–20 minutes)

Dr. Inzunza or one of our specialists examines your teeth visually, takes a panoramic X-ray (free, included), and may take a 3D CBCT scan if implants are involved. We document everything — chart, photos, scan. You will see the screen as we work.

Step 3 — Discussion + treatment plan (20–30 minutes)

We sit down at the consultation table — not a sales desk — and walk you through findings on a tablet. We show options ranging from minimum-necessary to ideal-with-everything. Every option has a written price, materials brand, timeline, and warranty. Nothing is decided here.

Step 4 — Decision time (your call)

Take the printed plan home. Sleep on it. Call your dentist in the US if you want a second opinion. Get back to us at your pace — there is no expiration. Many patients wait 1–4 weeks before booking. Some treat the same day if it is straightforward (cleaning, filling, single crown).

What we will NOT do on a first visit

Pressure you to commit, ask for a deposit, push the most expensive option, or say "buy now or the price goes up." If any clinic does that, walk out — those are red flags everywhere. We earn our patients with diagnostics quality, not sales tactics.

How long is your first visit total?

Plan for 60–90 minutes. Including the border crossing both ways and a relaxed lunch in Algodones, allow 4–5 hours from leaving Yuma to returning. Most patients are home by 1 PM.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we work by appointment to keep your wait under 10 minutes. Walk-ins are accepted but may wait 30+ minutes.

Is the diagnosis really free?

Yes — exam, X-ray, and written plan are all free. No deposit, no commitment. We make our living on accepted treatments, not consultation fees.

Will Dr. Inzunza personally see me?

On most first visits, yes. For specialized cases (endo, implants), the matching specialist sees you with him.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. Many patients bring a spouse or friend. We have seats in the consultation room.

What should I bring?

Passport, recent X-rays if any, a list of medications, and a list of questions. That is it.
