Booking & cost
How much does the diagnosis cost?
It's free. Exam, panoramic X-ray, and written treatment plan with no cost and no commitment.
Do I need a deposit?
No. You only pay for the treatment if you decide to proceed, after you approve the written plan.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, and AmEx with a 3% surcharge to cover processing. USD cash has no surcharge.
Will my US PPO insurance cover this?
We don't process insurance directly, but we provide all the documentation so you can claim reimbursement when you return. Many patients recover 50–70%.
Do you offer financing?
For treatments over $3,000 we offer split payments across visits (typically 3 stages for All-on-4).
Treatment & warranty
What warranty do you offer on implants?
Lifetime warranty against implant body failure (replacement free). Crowns and bridges 5 years. Dentures 1 year.
What materials do you use?
The same brands US clinics use: Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer (implants); Zirkonzahn, Ivoclar (crowns/veneers).
How long is a typical visit?
First consultation: 60–90 minutes. Single implant: 60 min. All-on-4: 4–6 hours day one, return for the permanent prosthesis.
Can my US dentist do follow-up cleanings?
Yes. We provide digital records so any US dentist can continue your follow-up care.
Border & logistics
Is Algodones safe?
Yes. Algodones is one of the safest border towns in Mexico — a 6-block tourist district dedicated to dental tourism, with constant police presence.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, or an equivalent: passport book, Passport Card, Enhanced Driver's License, NEXUS, SENTRI, or US Green Card.
How long is the border crossing?
20–45 minutes on foot on weekday mornings. Up to 90 minutes on Saturdays and holidays.
Is there a free shuttle from Yuma?
Hampton Inn, La Quinta, and other hotels run free shuttles. Confirm at booking.
