All On 4 Flagship

Full-arch fixed teeth on four implants — completed in two trips.

All-on-4 was developed by Nobel Biocare in 1998 and remains the most reliable solution for full-arch tooth loss. Four implants — two straight in front, two angled in back — distribute bite force optimally and avoid major bone grafts. The success rate at 10 years is 95–98%.

Our protocol is two trips. Trip one (3–4 hours): extractions if needed, four implants placed, immediate-load temporary prosthesis screwed in. You drive back to Yuma the same day with fixed teeth — no more dentures, no more glue. Trip two (60–90 min, 4–6 months later): we replace the temporary with the permanent zirconia or hybrid prosthesis after osseointegration.

Dr. Inzunza has completed over 600 All-on-4 cases. Patients fly in from Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, all of California, and across Canada. We provide everything needed for your insurance reimbursement claim, plus written warranty and digital records.

Per-arch pricing at Dental Inzunza: $7,995 acrylic-titanium hybrid · $9,995 zirconia full · $11,995 premium full-zirconia with branded teeth. Both arches available. US average for the same procedure: $25,000–$35,000 per arch.

Materials

Implants: Straumann SLActive or Nobel Biocare. Temporary prosthesis: high-impact acrylic. Final prosthesis: monolithic zirconia (Zirkonzahn or Ivoclar) or acrylic-titanium hybrid (Mal-C). Every prosthesis is digitally designed, milled in-house or at our partner lab in San Diego.

Frequently asked questions

How does All-on-4 differ from regular implants?

All-on-4 replaces an entire arch with one fixed prosthesis on four implants. Regular implants replace one tooth at a time. For full-mouth tooth loss, All-on-4 costs ~70% less than placing 8–14 individual implants.

Can I eat normally with the temporary prosthesis?

Soft foods for the first 2 weeks (yogurt, soup, pasta). After that you can eat almost anything. Avoid extremely hard or chewy foods (ice, hard candy) until the permanent is placed.

Why two trips and not one?

The temporary prosthesis bridges the healing period. Replacing it with the permanent after osseointegration ensures the final fit is perfect and the bite is calibrated. One-trip protocols compromise long-term durability.

What's the difference between hybrid and zirconia?

Hybrid = acrylic teeth on titanium frame; lighter, easier to repair, $7,995. Zirconia = single solid block of high-strength ceramic; stronger, more natural look, doesn't stain, $9,995–$11,995. We discuss which suits your bite and budget at the diagnosis.

Will my US dentist clean the All-on-4?

Yes — any US dentist can do hygiene visits. We send digital records on request. Recommended cleaning every 6 months.

What if an implant fails years later?

Lifetime warranty: we replace the implant body free. The prosthesis itself has a 5-year warranty against fractures or material failure.

How long does the permanent prosthesis last?

Hybrid acrylic: 7–12 years before resurfacing or replacement. Full zirconia: 15+ years with proper hygiene. We've been making them since 2009 and the oldest cases are still in service.

Can I be sedated during placement?

Yes. We offer IV sedation for an additional $400. Most patients use only local anesthesia and tolerate the procedure comfortably.
