Removable yet stable — three bridges supported by six implants.
3-on-6 is a less common but elegant solution: instead of one continuous prosthesis on 4 implants, you get three separate fixed bridges (front, left back, right back) supported by six implants. This gives you the security of fixed teeth with the maintainability of segmented work.
The advantage: if a bridge cracks or wears down, only that segment needs replacing — not the entire arch. Hygiene is easier because you can floss between segments. The disadvantage: slightly more expensive due to extra implants and three pieces of lab work.

Six Straumann titanium implants (SLActive®). Three separate bridges in zirconia or PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal). Each bridge is screw-retained for easy maintenance access.
If a section ever needs replacement, only that section is repaired — not the whole arch. Better long-term economics if you keep good hygiene.

You can use regular floss between bridge segments. With All-on-4 you need a water flosser to clean under the continuous prosthesis.
